APPLE CIDER VINEGAR FOR 5 DAYS & THIS HAPPENhttps://youtu.be/awDRqC2NEMM

Creamy Spinach Pasta
-Bow tie pasta boiled
– 3 large handfuls of fresh spinach
1. Sauté seasonings on MED 3min (red pepper flakes, garlic powder, pepper, Italian seasoning) with fresh garlic, sundried tomatoes, & fresh parsley in 1/2 olive oil 1/2 butter
2. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream to boil (optional: add wine)
3. Add shaved or fresh Italian cheese…Parmesan works best
4. Simmer on low for 4-5 while whisking cheese into sauce
5. Set aside to pour over noodles and spinach

Homemade sundried tomatoes
Add to pastas, stuffed chicken, & salads

-1 carton of grape tomatoes, sliced in 1/3
-Drizzle with olive oil & season with coarse salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic, and Italian seasonings…add fresh herbs
-Cook in oven for 2 hours on 250degrees
•Refrigerate in mason jar up to 3months

Becoming Vegetarian? Tips that no one talks about!



Hello everyone! I have been vegetarian for about 6 years now, and kind of wanted to address some experiences I’ve had that I hadn’t realized I would encounter as I first became vegetarian, so I wanted to share my tips a bit! I hope this helped anyone who may be thinking about going vegetarian, already are, or are just curious.

Recently I have had lots of requests and questions about being vegetarian and so today I thought I would sit down and share some of my own advice and experience about being veggie as I’ve not eaten meat or fish since I was around 14. My husband Adam is also vegetarian and we are raising our two little boys as veggies too until they’re old enough to make their own choice.

This video isn’t to persuade you to go veggie, that’s your choice. I simply wanted to share some advice for anyone who is interested in eating less meat/transiting to vegetarian. 🙂
